What could a flourishing marriage in ministry look like? Is it even possible? After 25 years of ministry -- both in the US and abroad -- and 10 years of providing pastoral counseling to missionaries and pastors, Jonathan and Elizabeth Trotter answer with a resounding YES! After all, marriages are not meant to be endured; they are meant to be enjoyed, delighted in, and fun -- even in ministry! Come learn practical ideas and evidence-based practices that will help you and your spouse connect with, love, and enjoy one another all the way from home to the church and back again.

Jonathan and Elizabeth are the authors of Serving Well and Digging in the Dirt, and Elizabeth leads the missionary conversation at A Life Overseas as the editor-in-chief. They have been married for 25 years and have four children (two in college and two at home). They served in Cambodia for eight years before returning to the States during COVID. Jonathan served as a pastoral counselor in Cambodia and currently provides pastoral care for individuals and couples living across the globe. Jonathan was worked as an ER/trauma nurse and is a licensed attorney. He will be wrapping up his master’s degree in counseling in December, 2024. You can find them online at www.trotters41.com.
