Every couple at Cypress Ridge receives access to beautiful, custom-designed wedding invitations created by Haley Coyle Design. These invitations are tailored to match the warm, rustic elegance of Cypress Ridge while highlighting the natural landscape and sights around our campus.

The invitation template is included at no additional cost as part of your wedding experience. You’ll simply add your wedding details and print using Canva, a free design platform. Invitations printed from Canva even have the option of coming with quality white envelopes, making the process as simple as possible.

Wedding guests can enjoy a comfortable stay on-site at The Juniper Suites, our private lodging at Cypress Ridge. Conveniently located just steps from the celebration, the suites offer a modern lodge feel with cozy rooms and beautiful views of the property.

Through our partnership with Event Helper, obtaining event insurance for your wedding at Cypress Ridge is quick and painless. All of Cypress Ridge’s liability minimums and requirements are pre-filled automatically, so you don’t have to worry about the details.

At Cypress Ridge, we believe your wedding should reflect you. That’s why we have an open vendor policy, giving you the freedom to choose the caterers, florists, photographers, and other vendors that best fit your vision for the big day.

It’s your celebration — we simply provide the perfect backdrop. To help our team serve you smoothly, please send us your final vendor list (caterer, bar service, planner, DJ/band, photographer, florist, rentals, officiant, etc.) no later than your final walkthrough.
